As institutional investments are expected to complete soon, it might not be a bad idea to invest now in this technology that will change the way the world will generate energy. Where ENG8 has been accepted to be a front runner at the ICCF26 conference in Japan, it is still very much undervalued. You can still enjoy the current low share price. Contact us for more information.
Private Investors still have the opportunity to invest in this ENG8 seed round. After completion of expected larger Institutional investments soon, this seed round will close for 6 to 12 months for private investors, enabling ENG8 to focus on further product developments and the first commercial industrial LENR installation early 2026.

ENG8 International was formed in July 2020 to acquire and develop catalysed fusion solutions to supply humanity with a pure, clean abundant energy with love and compassion. ENG8 has been developing catalysed fusion/(low energy nuclear reactions (LENR) technology known as the EnergiCell® which is able to produce emission free, cost-effective energy. EnergiCells generate thermal, electrical and chemical (HHO) energy. Today, ENG8 has a team of 30 plus scientists and engineers with decades of experience working on LENR/catalysed fusion technologies and power generation. ENG8 is developing a range of practical, cost-effective, catalyst fusion reactors, EnergiCells, which have been independently validated. Specialists have confirmed the results of the latest independent validation of its EnergiCell®, conducted by world-renowned LENR expert Dr Jean-Paul Biberian, confirming that the system is self-powering and export net electricity. The team at ENG8 is currently working to finish a 100KW (minimum) economically viable industrial heater product. The system will feature an automated operating system with in-built AI system optimisation that will accelerate the speed of development.
Investors now have the opportunity to contribute to ENG8 in order to accelerate further development and commercial deployment with rewardable investments.
On top of the independent validation by worldwide respected nuclear scientist Dr. Jean-Paul Biberian of the self-powering EnergiCell, below you can watch a recording of EnergiCell (10 KW) from the laboratory in Portugal in December 2024. It´s shows a COP-range (Q-value) from 4 to 6. Meaning 4 to 6 times more energy going out than is coming in with this catalysed fusion reactor. By now, developments have proceded. Read the latest updates.
And below a link to a mainstream publication (The guardian) of a letter subscribed by some of the leading nuclear scientists world-wide:
Keep in mind: At the end of the day Everything starts with Energy, everywhere.
In short development since 03/2023:
ENG8 International Ltd.
The self-powering LENR (low energy nuclear reactions) EnergiCells have the potential to decentralise energy generation, decarbonise the economy, and slash energy prices using water or damp to fuel. No radiation and no extreme high temperatures needed (like with hot fusion).
- Oct 2025:, Professor Jean-Paul Biberian independently validated one of our EnergiCell systems self-powering for 160 minutes with one-second restart capability which in future can be automated for restart.
- Oct 2025: MVP – 100 kW Thermal Power Plant
Our air/water EnergiCell has achieved a stable COP of ten using low-cost electrodes with operational lifespans of days. The next development stage for this system involves integrating a heat exchanger and compound steam engine (steam expander) targeting 30% thermal-to-electrical conversion efficiency.
In parallel, our Portugal facility is developing the system for creating 200 kW of thermal power. Post-conversion, the MVP will generate electrical power whilst retaining over 100 kW of thermal power in the form of steam at 10 bar for integration into clients' industrial processes.
Based on current supply and equipment costs and preliminary modelling, we are targeting energy generation costs of €15/MWh compared to £60/MWh for oil and gas and £100+ for electricity.
- Oct. 2024 self-powering EnergiCell independently validated by Dr. Jean-Paul Bebirian.
- Oct. 2023 Independently validated.
- IPR protected and patents pending.
- Independent validation Oct 2023 at Culham Innovation Centre, home to the UK’s Atomic Energy Authority, in Oxfordshire. confirming a COP/Q-value of 5, energy in to electricity out.
- Provides direct electricity and heat from various EnergiCells.
- Trademarks ENG8 and EnergiCell registered in the UK
- Fully IP protected.
- Patents and worldwide patent applications are in force.
- First commercial unit to be installed in Portugal Q1 2026.
General background:
Generating energy using fusion technology is a great promise (and hope) for our future clean energy supply. US billionaire investors and venture capitalists are funding private fusion start-ups that they expect to be part of the future energy supply chain. But they still focus on "Hot" fusion.
In 2024 however, the wind started changing.
Where other companies are trying to harness the fusion reaction that powers the sun, which is not expected to be commercially viable before 2040, ENG8 International had already developed The EnergiCell: a low energy catalysed fusion product, already independently verified to produce a COP/Q-value of 10+ (COP is a coefficient of performance, which represents a device's energy input / energy output) by respected independent scientific bodies.
But on a much smaller scale and size and extendable to whatever size.
The ENG8 team and engineers and PhD’s have taken a different approach: a necessity; Produce something that works TODAY. Currently, ENG8 has already validated a COP of 10+ and much more on industrial units. This is one unit of energy to start up the process and then take out 10+ units through their Low Energy Catalysed Fusion (LECF/ LENR) process, which takes place within their EnergiCell using only water, damp or own generated Hydrogen.
The planning for the coming year is to further increase and stabelise the output power of the EnergiCell for industrial use and later for household products and finish production of the EnergiCell integrated into 100kW cogeneration units that have the size of a dishwasher, en series expandable to container sized projects, for commercial reasons with a priority to industrial users. In the longer term, other (10kW) and smaller (1 Watt to 1kW) EnergiCells will be produced covering energy production for small units such as telephones up to households, cars and Terawatt plants around the world.

Above Cop 5, the EnergiCell releases enough energy not only to power itself, but also to dissipate heat and energy, using only water or air as raw material
