ENG8 EnergiCell: still open for Private and Institutional Investments.
.The EnergiCell is a catalysed fusion (LENR) reactor. It fuses hydrogen nuclei from water, creating a plasma that releases energy in the form of photons (light) and direct electricity (electrons). • It uses water (H₂O) as a primary fuel source, which can be extracted from the air, rivers, or sea. • The system is/ will be self-powering and produces excess electricity and heat. Independent validations have reported that the EnergiCell generates significantly more energy than it consumes, with some tests showing outputs up to 8 to 10 times higher than input (COP 8 to 10). • Emission-Free: The process produces no carbon emissions or ionised radiation. • The technology uses widely available, "off-the-shelf" materials, including stainless steel for electrodes, keeping capital costs relatively low. • The systems will range from milliwatts to kilowatts, with future plans for megawatt applications. The first live field trial will start by the end of August 2026 on a live ceramics production line in Aveiro leading to the first commercial energy sales. Meaning: a 100-kW unit moving the technology from TRL 4–5 to 7–8, in plain terms, from a technology validated in the laboratory to one proven on a working site, under real industrial load. Private Investors still have the opportunity to invest in this ENG8 seed round. After the start of the first commercial sales, a revaluation of company and shares will take place. Once the current £1M seed round has completed, seeding will close for 12 months+ for private investors, enabling ENG8 to focus on further product developments.
