O-Hx Spring 2026 investor update.pdf

O-Hx is the inventor of the award winning cool-storage EnergiVault. Massive energy saving by storing directly in a super-fast patented nano crystal system and profiting from the huge price fluctuations from energy between day and night in various parts of the world. As well gives a big relieve to the grid usage. Tested with great results by US pharma company Quotient Sciences, accepted as part of the Accelerator 100+ programme with some of the biggest companies worldwide, the first commercial sale agreed with one of these companies, a strategic partnership with Yess O-Hx is now expanding worldwide.

Across AI data centres, pharmaceutical manufacturing, FMCG processing, airports and cold-chain facilities, thermal loads are increasing rapidly and the consequences of losing cooling, even briefly, are becoming more severe!

A few minutes without cooling can mean:
• Servers shutting down
 • Production stopping
 • Product quality compromised
 • Millions in operational losses

And where electrical systems require spinning reserve and UPS (back-up), most Cooling systems still have to do without back-up!

Now, finally this problem is recognised and the patented EnergiVaults are being accepted as a perfect solution.

With expected sales of at least 15 EnergiVaults to at least 5 different customers in 2026 the company valuation should rise from the current £20m valuation to an expected £100m in 2027. And that is only the start. Now still available at a relatively low share price of £0,40/share.

Energy storage “on the spot” with super-fast cooling release for data centres and all other companies that depend of cooling and can’t only depend on the grid. Can be charged with Green sources as well anywhere and saves 25 to 50% (in Hot countries) on energy costs.

Below a Simple Introduction to O-Hx and EnergiVault:

Cooling and Energy Storage Technology combined

ENERGIVAULT CAN REDUCE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL CHILLER COOLING COSTS BY CIRCA 80%

They achieve this though coating ice spheres with a nanotech wrapper, stopping the build-up of solid ice, which increases surface area by a multiple of 500. This increases cooling efficiency by roughly 60%.

By increasing cooling capacity by circa 50 times, they create a cold storage battery and by adding AI, EnergiVault can be “charged” when electricity prices are cheap or negative. We estimate another 20% decrease in costs. Of course, the energy storage capability aids renewables proliferation. EnergiVault can be used as a stand-alone installation or can be integrated in existing cooling installations.

ENERGIVAULT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO REDUCE GLOBAL EMISSIONS BY ROUGHLY 4%.

Globally, cooling is responsible for 10% of global emissions, half of which is commercial and half industrial. An 80% reduction in power usage with a skew towards polluting countries means very roughly, at full chat, a reduction in global emissions of circa 4%.

We estimate EnergiVault will break even in two to four years. Priced at circa £200,000 for a 1 MW system, with a forecast market size of $7.9B, we anticipate a rapid take-up, which means a fast reduction in global emissions and a win-win scenario.
